Deer Hunting

Ah, November. Deer hunting season! A Malchow family tradition. I've been going deer hunting since I was about 11 or 12. I go with my 2 uncles, 2 cousins and my grandpa. Over the past two years we started using my uncle's cabin. We leave Thursday afternoon!

Some of my best memories are from going hunting. Here are some pictures from over the past few years!

Plenty of cards to be played.

Piggy back ride at the shooting range.

It will be a very cold 11 hour sit on Saturday and Sunday, but I got a book to read and it's great to sit and contemplate for that long. And there is a LOT of sleeping to be done in the treestand.

Oh, and here are more beer pictures, I'm such a nerd. But the labels came in and they look great! (With the help of the new digital camera)

Oh yes.

Wow, those labels are great. Very classy and professional. These are the humble beginnings of the Ezekiel Brewing Company.

Beards ftw.
