OK, the Brewers are now 2nd place in pre-season play...but that is neither here nor there. I will not mention the pre-season Brewers in this blog ever again.
Holy cow, this day has been ridiculous. It all started out with me getting up at 5:30 to go for a run before I had to meet my friend Tucker for coffee at 7:30 this morning on campus. I couldn't find the coffee shop for the life of me and it was of course the last spot I looked.
I didn't get out of the shop until 8:15 and I had to be to work at 8...yes, I was late. But no one knew luckily. When I got to work, I got on the horn and called up one of our crew members to get an update on one of the projects he was working on for me. For some reason these fuses were blowing whenever they turned on this communication panel I created. It turned out there was a massive amount of in-rush current that blew the fuses so we just put in bigger fuses. Problem solved.
When I get back to the office I had to figure the hotel room situation for CO next week and I booked a hotel on Expedia. Then I had to figure out who all wants jerseys for softball and get a quote on that. Then it was lunch.
When I got back from lunch I had like 5 people in my office asking me questions that I had no authority to answer. Meanwhile, I was coordinating the booking of a cruise Amber and I and some friends are taking next February. Booking early saves money!! Needless to say, much money was put on the old CC today. But it will be all paid off soon luckily.
Tonight I got sound rehearsal which will be a nice rest from the busyness of today and then Amber and I are going to finish watching "Transformers" later on tonight.
Whew.
