Amber and I are taking a cooking class with some friends on Thursday nights and the guy who teaches the class, Rafe, is INSANE. He's Italian and he goes off on these random tangents about walking on hot coals, healers and why everyone is an a**hole. And he yells at people too! But he keeps the class fun and I learned how to make amazing guacamole and chips.
